Leaf Global Issues Corrective Statement on EGM Delegation Vote

Leaf Global Environmental Services Company issued a second corrective disclosure on Monday, clarifying the outcome of a vote at its extraordinary general meeting.

The company said shareholders did not approve a proposal to delegate the powers of the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors under Article 27 of the Companies Law. The delegation would have been valid for one year or until the end of the current board session, whichever came first.

Leaf Global noted that its earlier announcement, published on 19 July, contained an error in describing the voting result. All other details from the original disclosure remain unchanged.
