Ladder Health, a Boston-based virtual-first pediatric developmental care company, closed an oversubscribed $7 million seed round. Nina Capital led the financing. Mairs & Power Venture Capital, South Dakota First Capital, and incubating partner 25madison Health also participated, along with Hatteras Venture Partners, Create Health Ventures, Jumpstart Capital, White Oak Enterprises, Groove Capital, and 7Rock Ventures.
The company delivers AI-powered developmental and therapeutic care for children and families. Its model activates caregivers and extends care outside the clinic, aiming to improve outcomes and reduce costs for underserved families, Ladder Health said.
Proceeds from the round will fund expansion into North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Maryland, accelerate entry into additional states, and support further investment in Ladder Health's AI-enabled care platform and health system partnerships.
