Kotak Securities wins Great Place to Work certification for second year and is named among India's Best Workplaces in Investments 2026, citing employee trust and culture.
Kotak Securities has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second year running, the firm said Thursday, and was named among India's Best Workplaces in Investments 2026 by the Great Place to Work Institute India.
The recognition covers the retail entity of Kotak Securities, a full-service stockbroking unit of Kotak Mahindra Bank. The certification follows an assessment that combines employee feedback with an evaluation of workplace practices and culture.
"Receiving the certification for the second consecutive year and being recognized among India's Best Workplaces in Investments 2026 reflects the strong culture we have built together," said Hitain Sharma, Head of Human Resources at Kotak Securities. "It is a testament to the trust, commitment, and shared values that define our workplace."
The firm processes hundreds of thousands of secondary market trades each day through its digital platform, a network of 148 branches, and 1,297 authorised persons across 344 cities. As of June 30, Kotak Securities served more than 6.7 million customers nationwide, offering equities, derivatives, commodities, currencies, depository services, mutual funds and insurance.
Great Place to Work is a global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992 it has surveyed over 100 million employees worldwide to define what makes a great workplace. Its recognition programmes are used by organisations to attract and retain talent.
"Guided by employee feedback, we remain committed to fostering an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow," Sharma said.
