India's e-Shram portal has registered 31.78 crore unorganised workers as of July 14. The portal integrates 15 social security schemes and offers a UAN.

India's e-Shram portal has enrolled 31.78 crore unorganised workers as of July 14, Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Shobha Karandlaje told Parliament this week. The platform, run by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, gives each registered worker a Universal Account Number on a self-declaration basis.
Fifteen social security schemes have been linked to the e-Shram card. They include Pradhan Mantri Street Vendors Atmanirbhar Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (both rural and urban), among others. The portal also connects to the National Career Service for jobs, the Skill India Digital Hub for training, and the PM-Shram Yogi Maandhan pension scheme.
