HIPL expects KARNAGE to account for 20% of revenue by FY'29 after an initial ₹2.5 crore investment. The gaming peripherals brand targets gamers and creators as the company pursues ~35% CAGR through FY'28.
Hundia Infosolutions (HIPL), the parent of homegrown tech brand EVM, expects its newly launched gaming and performance peripherals brand KARNAGE to contribute 20% of overall revenue by fiscal 2029, Managing Director Kunal Hundia said.
The company has invested more than ₹2.5 crore in KARNAGE so far, covering product development, brand identity, packaging, initial inventory and retail and marketplace readiness. Hundia called that an initial tranche, with more spending planned as the brand scales into a broader performance ecosystem.
KARNAGE's first product wave includes keyboards, mice, headsets and mousepads. The lineup targets gamers but is also pitched at creators, developers, designers and office users looking to upgrade from basic accessories, Hundia said. The brand should start contributing meaningfully from fiscal 2027 as the product portfolio widens.
HIPL's broader business is also growing. Taking fiscal 2024 as the base, the company expects overall revenue to expand at a compound annual rate of roughly 35% through fiscal 2028, a trajectory Hundia said supports investment in newer categories such as gaming and networking alongside the company's established peripherals and storage lines.
EVM, HIPL's flagship brand, has moved beyond its original storage and memory focus into IT peripherals, mobile accessories, motherboards and networking products in recent years.
