A 2026 study in Prehospital Emergency Care found that paramedics in Rochester, New York, achieved 97% correct pediatric dosing using Handtevy. A separate study at Denver Health reported correct dosing of 89.4% across 483 medication administrations in 375 pediatric patients, up from 51.1% before the system was implemented. Handtevy did not commission or fund either study.
