Goranson Bain Ausley named Austin Best Place to Work for third year

Goranson Bain Ausley, the largest family law firm in Texas, was named one of the Austin Business Journal's Best Places to Work for 2026. It is the firm's third consecutive year on the list.

The recognition comes from confidential employee surveys run by Quantum Workplace. In the 2026 survey, 100% of GBA respondents were classified as highly engaged. Employees rated the firm on leadership, communication, culture, benefits, and job satisfaction.

Lindley Bain, the firm's managing partner, said the award is meaningful because it comes from the staff themselves. "We are grateful for the attorneys and staff who contribute to our culture every day," she said in a statement. "Their professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to one another allow us to better serve our clients and strengthen our firm."

Employee feedback highlighted teamwork, professional growth, and a supportive environment. One respondent described the firm as a "large firm with a small family feel." Another said they feel "supported, valued, and motivated every day."

Goranson Bain Ausley has eight Texas offices, including locations in Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth. The firm handles divorce, child custody, property division, mediation, and collaborative law. It counts one of the largest concentrations of board-certified family law attorneys in the state.
