Genesis Research Group makes its EVID AI evidence synthesis platform free through 2026 for life sciences organizations. The move targets workflow adoption, not just trial usage.
Genesis Research Group today said its EVID AI evidence synthesis platform will be free through 2026 for approved life sciences organizations and researchers. The platform, built in-house and used in client work for two years, handles rapid evidence queries, targeted literature reviews, ongoing surveillance, and full systematic reviews.
The company offers three ways to use it. Run projects independently. Run them with Genesis experts. Or let Genesis run the whole thing. "Run it yourself. Run it with Genesis. Or have Genesis run it for you," the company said in a release.
EVID AI brings evidence activities into one environment, removing the need to switch between tools. It was built around the workflows of health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, medical affairs, and market access. The idea is to support faster decisions across a product's lifecycle, from development through commercialization.
Free access through 2026 sounds like a giveaway. The better read is that Genesis is betting on workflow lock-in. Once a team builds its evidence processes inside EVID AI, switching costs rise. The platform becomes the default environment for HEOR and RWE work. That makes the free period a strategic investment in adoption, not just a trial.
What would confirm that bet? If organizations that start with free access later pay for expert support or expanded features. Genesis keeps expert services separate from the platform offer, so the revenue path is clear. What would weaken it? If users treat the platform as a one-off tool and leave after the free period ends. The company did not disclose how many organizations have already signed up.
Approved users get free access through Dec. 31, 2026. Expert support for protocol design, search strategy, screening, and interpretation is available separately, priced per project. Interested researchers can request access through the Genesis website.
Genesis Research Group is a global life sciences consulting firm focused on evidence generation, health economics, market access, and pricing strategy. The company said the free access program reflects its view that better evidence synthesis leads to better decisions across development, launch, and commercialization.
