Frankie Muniz said his marriage to Paige has ended after a private separation. The couple will co-parent their son and continue running Muniz Racing together.
Frankie Muniz, best known for playing Malcolm on Malcolm in the Middle, announced he and his wife Paige are divorcing after a period of separation they did not discuss publicly. Muniz, 40, posted a statement on Instagram Tuesday saying the couple's relationship now works best as a friendship and as co-parents to their 5-year-old son.
"After 10 beautiful years together, we've grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents," Muniz wrote. He thanked Paige for supporting his career and said their shared work on Muniz Racing will continue.
The couple met in 2016, married in 2019, and had a son in 2020, according to People.com. Muniz asked for privacy and said they would not answer questions on the matter.
