Knotts Family Agency has renewed a promise to answer every after-hours call from its Riverside County foster families within 15 minutes on average, the company said Monday.
The Redlands, California-based agency, which has operated in the foster care and adoption sector since 1992, said its Parent Support Guarantee remains active for every family it serves locally. A dedicated after-hours team fields calls around the clock, with the 15-minute average applying specifically to families in the region.
