Fort Moultrie Officers' Club Lists at $18.5M on Sullivan's Island

The Sullivan's Island Design Review Board has approved a restoration and redevelopment plan by Cissell Design Studio, with landscape architecture by Furman Land Design. The approved plans call for an 11,500-square-foot private residence that restores the Palladian entrance porticoes, brick water table, diamond attic vents, and both original fireplaces. The reimagined home includes a central living hall, library, conservatory, wine cellar, gaming and screening room, a fitness center with sauna, and a second-level primary suite opening to a widow's walk with the historic Union Jack railing. The pool pavilion will be restored, and a new garage with golf cart parking will be built.

Jasper Hall will be on the market for a limited 60-day period. At the end of that window, the current owner plans to proceed with the approved restoration and redevelopment, the firm said.

"To find nearly two acres directly on the Atlantic Ocean is exceptionally rare, but to pair that with a property of this historical importance makes this offering even more significant," Allen said in a statement.

Allen has closed more than $1.2 billion in career sales and is ranked the No. 1 agent in Charleston County by the local MLS in 2026, according to the firm. His past transactions include 51 East Bay Street at over $21 million and 5 E Battery at $18.25 million.
