
FMC and Power Integrations IR heads join NIRI Philadelphia's 2026-2027 board. FMC scores Weak on Alpha Score 27; Power Integrates Moderate at 59.
The Philadelphia chapter of NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations elected its 2026-2027 board of directors, with Curt Brooks, director of investor relations at FMC Corp, and Joe Shiffler, senior director of investor relations and corporate communications at Power Integrations, taking seats on the board.
Brooks joins as a director on the board. Shiffler serves as chair and vice president of programming, marketing and communications. Both companies are publicly traded, and their IR leaders now hold positions in one of the oldest NIRI chapters, founded in 1971.
Nahla Azmy, IRC, NIRI Fellow, was re-elected as board president. She is strategic investor relations and financial communications lead at N2A Capital. The board also includes Michael Wherley of Stanley Black & Decker, Andrew Bjorkman of NYSE, and Alex Whitelam of Dorman Products.
Four new committee members joined the programming, marketing and communications committee: John Dalhoff of Quaker Houghton, Melissa O’Brien of Cencora, Jack Quinn of American Water, and Cheryl Romanoski of TE Connectivity. Gene Cleary concluded his board service.
“This past year reinforced what makes NIRI Philadelphia so special: the strength of our community, the depth of engagement among our members and the generosity of leaders who continue to invest in the profession,” Azmy said in the announcement.
FMC, a basic-materials company, carries an Alpha Score of 27 out of 100, rated Weak. Power Integrations, in the technology sector, scores 59 out of 100, rated Moderate. The chapter serves IR officers, consultants and providers across the Greater Philadelphia area.
