Flyte's Vision Jet Fleet to List on Blade's Air Mobility Platform

Flyte, the regional air mobility subsidiary of Catheter Precision (NYSE American: VTAK), will feature its Cirrus Vision Jet fleet on Blade Urban Air Mobility's platform under a strategic partnership announced Tuesday. The deal puts Flyte's charter offerings in front of Blade's existing customer base, which the companies said includes premium, time-sensitive regional travelers.

The partnership is non-exclusive and covers Flyte's fleet of Vision Jets, which are equipped with the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System and Safe Return Autoland. Blade passengers will be able to book Flyte flights through Blade's platform, expanding the subsidiary's distribution without adding marketing spend. Flyte said the arrangement is expected to increase aircraft utilization and brand awareness among a targeted audience of aviation consumers already using technology-enabled air mobility services.
