ExumPay, a Dubai-based payments firm, launched a white-label payment platform on Tuesday that lets merchants brand checkout flows under their own name. The company said the platform gives businesses control over transaction routing, settlement timing, and fee structures – features typically reserved for larger enterprises with in-house payments teams.
The platform targets mid-market merchants and e-commerce operators who want to manage payment acceptance without building the infrastructure themselves. ExumPay handles the underlying processing, compliance, and connectivity to card networks and local payment methods, while the merchant controls the customer-facing experience.
Transaction routing is the core differentiator, the company said. Merchants can direct traffic to the cheapest or most reliable processor in real time, rather than accepting whatever default route the platform assigns. Settlement timing is also adjustable: a merchant can choose daily, weekly, or event-triggered payouts instead of a fixed schedule.
Fee structures are configurable by product line, region, or customer segment. A merchant selling in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, for example, could set different markups for each market without building separate checkout systems.
The launch comes as payment platforms compete on merchant retention. White-label offerings let ExumPay's clients keep their brand front and center, reducing the risk that customers associate the checkout experience with a third-party processor.
ExumPay did not disclose pricing or initial client names. The platform is available immediately in the UAE, with expansion into Saudi Arabia and Egypt planned by year-end.
