Exeter 1031 Exchange Services hired Steven Knight as an exchange officer in its Houston office, the company said Monday. Knight brings more than five years of experience in the qualified intermediary industry and will work with Phuong T. Knight's work includes coordinating forward, reverse, improvement and other exchange strategies, according to the company. Since 2021, his efforts have generated 90 five-star client reviews, Exeter said.
"We are very pleased to welcome Steven Knight to the Exeter1031 Texas team," said William L. Exeter, chair and CEO of Exeter 1031 Exchange Services. "Steven's industry experience, attention to detail, and dedication to client service make him an exceptional addition to our Houston office."
President and COO Maureen H. Brown added that Knight's hiring reflects the company's continued investment in building a client-focused team. Together with Tran, Knight helps reinforce Exeter's commitment to serving Texas investors, she said.
Exeter 1031 Exchange Services operates through its affiliate Exeter Trust Company, a Wyoming-chartered trust company that is licensed, regulated and audited by the Wyoming Division of Banking. The trust company undergoes multiple independent examinations and audits each year and maintains insurance coverage and capital reserves to help safeguard client funds, the company said.
