Endeavour Silver Corp. has secured a $25 million revolving credit facility from ING Capital, with an accordion feature that could bring the total to $100 million if lenders agree. The three-year facility, announced Wednesday, backs general corporate purposes and the development of the Pitarrilla project in Mexico.

The company does not intend to draw on the facility in the near term. It is being put in place ahead of Pitarrilla's advancement, which may require capital as Endeavour moves from mid-tier silver producer toward senior status.
Silver prices and operational results from the company's three mines in Mexico and Peru will shape how aggressively Endeavour taps the line. The accordion provision, the company said, gives headroom for acquisitions if conditions allow.
