Elite365 names COO Carolina Araya CEO; founder Tracy Clark becomes executive chairman. Araya oversaw two acquisitions and will lead the company's first MSP program.
Elite365 Family of Brands named Carolina Araya its new chief executive officer, succeeding founder Tracy Clark, who moves to executive chairman and operating partner with the company's equity sponsor. The change, effective immediately, follows a period of acquisitions and service-line expansion at the Irving, Texas-based healthcare staffing firm.
Araya joined Elite365 as chief operating officer in 2025 after more than 25 years in healthcare staffing. She held executive roles at AMN Healthcare and Medical Express before overseeing the integration of two acquisitions at Elite365: Wilderness Medical Staffing and Focus Staff. She was named a 2026 Staffing 100 North America honoree by Staffing Industry Analysts.
Clark founded Elite365 in 2022 and led its growth from a single startup into a six-division platform. Over the past year, revenue doubled in the locum tenens and allied health segments. The company's International Nursing Division, launched in 2023, has brought more than 600 nurses to the U.S. Clark was a 2025 Staffing 100 North America honoree.
"I am excited to begin this new chapter at the head of an incredible family of healthcare staffing brands," Araya said. "This company is entering a new era of expanded services, possibilities, and technological innovation powered by powerful human relationships."
Araya will lead development of Elite365's first managed service provider program, expected later this year. Clark will focus on strategic acquisitions and market trends in his new role.
"Carolina Araya is the leader every healthcare staffing organization needs if they want to grow in a way that truly serves every patient population nationwide," Clark said. "I cannot think of a better person to lead Elite365 into its next phase of expansion."
The company earlier this year folded five specialized staffing brands under the Elite365 Family of Brands umbrella, covering international nursing, locum tenens physician and advanced practice staffing, allied health, travel healthcare, and permanent placement.
