Doves Farm Adds Oaty White Flour to Organic Bread Range

Doves Farm, the UK's top organic flour brand, launched a new Organic Oaty White Strong Bread Flour. The product blends strong white flour with oats for a lighter texture than wholemeal, the company said. It targets home bakers who want the flavor of oats without the density of a full oat flour. The flour is available now through Doves Farm's website and retail partners.

The launch follows a broader push by the brand into specialty bread flours. Doves Farm has added spelt, rye, and gluten-free blends in recent years, responding to demand from home bakers for alternatives to standard white flour. The company said the new flour works for both hand-kneaded and machine-mixed doughs.

Doves Farm is owned by the Wessanen group, which also sells Whole Earth and Kallo brands. The company did not disclose pricing or distribution targets for the new product.
