JEDDAH – Tarik Dokainish, CEO of Dokainish & Company, joined Prime Minister Mark Carney in Saudi Arabia this week for the Canada-Saudi Business and Investment Forum. The forum, hosted by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Investment and the Canadian embassy, is part of Carney's visit to the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia is Canada's second-largest trading partner in the Gulf, with bilateral trade hitting $3.5 billion in 2025.
Dokainish & Company exports Canadian expertise in integrated capital program delivery. It serves owners in energy and critical infrastructure. The firm operates in Saudi Arabia through a regional team led by Managing Director Esam El-Makkawy and a strategic partnership with SAUDCONSULT, the Kingdom's oldest engineering firm.
