Dividend 15 Split Corp. declared a monthly distribution of $0.10 for each Class A share and $0.05833 for each Preferred share, the company said. The payouts annualize to $1.20 per Class A share and $0.70 per Preferred share.
The distributions are payable Aug. 10 to shareholders of record as of July 31.
Since inception, Class A shareholders have received $29.40 per share and Preferred shareholders $12.16 per share, including the latest distribution, for a combined $41.56.
