Davidson Kempner Discloses DCC Stake, Buys 3,000 Shares

Davidson Kempner Capital Management disclosed a 1.38% stake in DCC plc, according to an Irish Takeover Panel filing.

The hedge fund held 1,361,816 ordinary shares as of April 4, 2025. The filing also showed a purchase of 3,000 shares at €56.00 each on the same day.

The disclosure is required under Rule 8.3 of the Irish Takeover Rules for any person with an interest of 1% or more in a company subject to a takeover or possible offer. DCC, an Irish sales and marketing group, has operations in energy, healthcare, and technology.
