CMB.TECH sold the Suezmax Bristol, a 2024-built vessel of 156,851 dwt, the company said Tuesday. The deal will generate a capital gain of about $56.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2026, based on the net sale price and book values. The ship will be delivered to its new owner before year-end.
Based in Antwerp, Belgium, CMB.TECH operates a fleet of about 250 vessels, including dry bulk and crude oil tankers. It also supplies hydrogen and ammonia fuel to customers. The company is listed on Euronext Brussels and the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CMBT.
CMB.TECH plans to report its second-quarter results on Aug. 27.
