TORONTO – Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund (TSX: CHE.UN, OTCQX: CGIFF) declared a cash distribution of $0.06 per unit for June 2026. The payment will be made July 31 to unitholders on record as of June 30. Non-resident unitholders face withholding taxes on any income portion of the distribution.
Chemtrade runs a diversified chemicals business across North and South America. Its product line includes sulphuric acid and spent acid processing services. The company also supplies inorganic coagulants for water treatment and produces high-purity sulphuric acid for the semiconductor industry. On a regional basis, Chemtrade is a supplier of sulphur and chlor-alkali products. It also produces zinc oxide. Additional revenue comes from water solutions and industrial services that process by-products and waste streams.
The June distribution maintains the same per-unit amount the fund has paid in recent months. For unitholders, the next scheduled payment will cover July 2026, with an announcement expected in late July.
