Chemanol can't publish Q1 2026 results as the 2025 audit remains incomplete. The company will provide monthly updates on the delay.
Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) said it still cannot release its preliminary financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026, because the audit of its 2025 annual statements remains incomplete.
In a statement to the Saudi stock exchange Tadawul, the company said certain requirements are still under review with the external auditor, blocking the completion of audit procedures. Chemanol added that the suspension procedures applicable to listed securities under the Listing Rules will stay in force until further notice.
The company said it will provide monthly updates on the delay and disclose any material developments without delay.
Chemanol announced at the end of last month that it would be unable to publish its 2025 annual financial results within the expected timeframe due to the incomplete audit process and certain outstanding matters still under discussion with the external auditor, according to Argaam's data.
The ongoing audit delay raises questions about the company's financial controls and the timeline for resuming normal disclosure. For traders tracking Chemanol, the next concrete marker is the monthly update the company has promised, which will indicate whether the audit is progressing or stuck.
