Chandigarh University (CU) placed 2,605 MBA students across 2025 and 2026 from more than 300 companies, the university said Monday. The highest offer came in at ₹20.40 lakh per annum, with 196 students receiving multiple job offers.
Deepinder Singh Sandhu, Senior Managing Director of Chandigarh University, said the average salary package across the two years ranged from ₹5.61 LPA to ₹6.6 LPA. Recruiters included Deloitte USI, HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Bosch, Flipkart, KPMG India, Federal Bank, Asian Paints, and Volkswagen.
The flagship MBA program – a dual-specialisation degree integrated with AI – placed 1,481 students, drawing 1,637 total offers. The highest package in that stream was ₹17.22 LPA, and 116 students received multiple offers.
Domain-wise, marketing placements led with 1,158 students hired by 174 companies, including Federal Bank, Policybazaar, and TVS Motors. The top marketing package was ₹17.22 LPA. In human resources, 89 students placed, with Hyundai Motors, BNY International Operations, and Bosch among the top recruiters. The HR ceiling was ₹10 LPA.
Operations management saw 42 placements, with Reliance BP Mobility, Blinkit, and BNY International Operations hiring. Supply chain management placed eight students, with UltraTech Cement and DHL Supply Chain as lead recruiters. Business analytics placed eight students; the highest package there was ₹9.25 LPA, from Rentokil India and Hyundai Motors.
Twenty-one students from the MBA Applied Finance and Analytics program placed, with GoDaddy, Deloitte USI, and KPMG as top hirers. The highest package in that field was ₹10.12 LPA.
Industry-collaborated programs – run through the Apex Institute of Management – placed 884 students with 968 total offers. Eighty students in these programs received multiple offers. The highest package across all industry-collaborated programs was ₹20.40 LPA, with an average of ₹6.19 LPA.
Within the industry-collaborated stream, the MBA Business Analytics program – run with IBM – placed 324 students, the largest cohort. The highest package there was ₹20.40 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Deloitte USI, Mahindra Finance, and HCL Technologies.
MBA Banking, Financial Services and Insurance – offered with SBI, Tally, and Moody's Analytics – placed 127 students, with a ceiling of ₹17.22 LPA. Deloitte USI, Physics Wallah, Asian Paints, and KPMG India were the main recruiters. The MBA Strategic HR program with AON placed 93 students, topping out at ₹15.2 LPA, with TCS, Capgemini India, and Policybazaar hiring.
MBA Logistics and Supply Chain Management with CII placed 72 students, with a high of ₹10.5 LPA. Recruiters included KPMG India, Flipkart, UltraTech Cement, DHL, and Blinkit. MBA Digital Marketing with Adobe placed 114 students at a high of ₹17.2 LPA; Capgemini India, Zomato, and Apollo Tyres were top hirers.
MBA-Fintech with NSE Academy placed 89 students at a high of ₹17.2 LPA, with Deloitte USI, South Indian Bank, and Federal Bank recruiting. MBA Data Science and AI with SAS placed 57 students at the same ceiling, with Federal Bank, Ford Business Solutions, and KPMG India as top recruiters.
Fifteen students from the MBA Healthcare & Hospital Management program – run with Max Institute of Medical Education – placed, with the highest package of ₹20.4 LPA. Recruiters included Indicaa Group, Max Super Speciality Hospital, and Paras Hospital.
