The service targets two common complaints: hidden fees and unreliable movers. A specialist walks through each room via smartphone or tablet, documenting items and answering questions about furniture and special handling. The inventory happens in real time, and the quote lands on the spot. That removes the need for a stranger to enter the home before move day.

BMS is licensed and insured, with valuation coverage for household goods. The company serves seniors planning downsizing moves and younger families managing growing households. The virtual estimate launched in March, the company said.

The move reflects a broader shift in residential moving toward remote assessments. For Phoenix homeowners, it means one less scheduling conflict and a price that's harder to pad after the fact.
