BiFu's BiNet network links crypto, forex, stocks, commodities, RWA, and prediction markets under one account. Traders get unified funding and KYC across six markets, but the single access point also concentrates risk.
BiFu, an all-asset trading platform, has rolled out BiNet, a network that ties crypto, forex, commodities, stock CFDs, real-world assets, and prediction markets into a single account and funding system. Users complete KYC once and can move between asset classes without opening new accounts or shifting funds across separate platforms, the company said in a statement Monday.
The move addresses a problem familiar to any multi-market trader. Money typically sits in silos – crypto on one exchange, forex with a broker, stocks in a third account. When a trade opportunity appears, capital is often locked in the wrong market, and moving it can take hours or days. BiNet aims to solve that by letting a single pool of funds reach any connected market instantly, according to BiFu's CEO.
Under the hood, BiNet is not a separate product but the infrastructure linking six markets: crypto spot and derivatives on coins such as BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP; forex CFDs on major pairs; commodities including gold, silver, and crude oil; stock CFDs; tokenized real-world assets covering pre-IPO equity and private credit; and prediction markets on events from geopolitics to sports. The platform aggregates liquidity from more than 200 exchanges and market makers, using a proprietary matching engine and smart routing, BiFu said.
Security and custody are handled through third-party segregated accounts, multi-layer cold storage, real-time AML monitoring, and an investor protection fund, according to the announcement. Assets are held separately from operating funds.
The unified account structure reduces friction but also concentrates risk. A single point of access means a breach or outage at BiNet could freeze trading across all six markets simultaneously, rather than affecting just one venue. Regulatory treatment also varies by asset class – crypto and derivatives fall under different rules than forex or stocks – and a network that spans multiple jurisdictions may face compliance complexity that a single-asset exchange does not.
BiFu tested the concept during a June-July football promotion called "Football Without Borders." The campaign drew nearly 14,000 participants who predicted over 460,000 goals, and forex notional volume topped $160 million during the period, the company said. The idea was that users who came for the event stayed to trade other markets in the same account.
More markets may be added over time, BiFu said, while the single-account entry point will remain unchanged.
