A note about a client meeting that also touches on a side project can live in both "Work" and "Side Hustle" workspaces simultaneously. That single note appears in both filtered views without duplication. The approach avoids the friction of traditional workspaces, which restrict which folders are visible and often force users to choose where a cross-context note belongs.
