Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Learning Private Schools Co., entered into a long-term real estate agreement on April 5. The company signed a 30-year lease contract for four educational facilities located in the Dammam and Al Khobar region. According to the company’s disclosure, the lease is intended to support the development and operation of a new educational complex. This strategic expansion aims to bolster the company’s footprint within the Eastern Province by establishing a permanent presence for its private school operations.
