GMAC's 2026 survey of 621 global recruiters shows 99% confidence in MBA graduates, with professionalism emerging as a bigger concern than AI replacement.
Employers around the world are not panicking about AI replacing business school graduates. A new survey from the Graduate Management Admission Council found that 99% of corporate recruiters expressed at least some confidence in MBA and specialized master's graduates this year. Not a single respondent said they had zero confidence.
The finding comes from GMAC's annual corporate recruiters survey, which drew 621 responses across 39 countries. Just over half of the respondents worked at Global Fortune 500 companies. The report covers full-time MBAs and shorter programs in finance, data analytics, and management.
