Patients are walking away from corporate dental chains and toward surgeon-led practices for full-mouth implant work, according to a Chicago-based clinic that says a growing share of its new patients arrive after unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere.
New Teeth Chicago, a practice run by implantologist Dr. Irfan Atcha, reports that many of its patients were told by other providers they were not candidates for implants or were unhappy with prior results. Dr. Atcha has completed more than 40,000 implant cases over 30 years, a volume the practice says gives patients confidence in complex procedures.
“We believe every patient deserves time, attention, and a treatment plan built specifically for them,” Dr. Atcha said in a statement. “No two smiles are the same, and neither should their care be.”
The practice offers advanced diagnostics and procedures like zygomatic implants, All-on-4, and All-on-X, which can treat patients with significant bone loss. Those options may not have been presented by earlier providers, the clinic said.
