Trust Wallet's new AI layer offers personalised portfolio analysis and token research based on on-chain holdings, but all transactions still need user approval.
Trust Wallet rolled out an AI-powered financial information layer Thursday, turning its crypto wallet into a more interactive platform for managing digital assets.
The feature, called Trust Wallet AI, delivers personalised portfolio analysis, market updates, token research and transaction assembly based on a user's on-chain holdings. The idea is to let users interact with blockchain ecosystems without leaving the wallet.
“As AI becomes increasingly integrated into financial services, the challenge is balancing intelligence with control,” Trust Wallet said in a statement. “Traditional financial platforms often rely on centralized systems, while self-custody gives individuals direct ownership of their assets. Trust Wallet AI brings these principles together by combining personalized financial information with the foundation of self-custody.”
The company stressed the tool is informational only. It does not offer financial advice or autonomous trading. All transactions still require explicit user approval, and the AI cannot access private keys or move assets.
