Trezor Discloses Breach Affecting 13,689 Customers via ShipMonk

Trezor, the hardware wallet maker, said a data breach at its shipping provider ShipMonk exposed personal information for 13,689 customers. The company stressed that the devices themselves remain secure but warned that affected users face a surge in phishing attempts.
In a blog post, Trezor said ShipMonk suffered an unauthorized access incident that leaked names, phone numbers, email addresses, and shipping addresses. Of the total, 11,742 customers had full exposure – all four fields. Another 1,947 customers had partial exposure limited to name, city, and email.
The breach affected orders fulfilled in the 90 days before Aug. 8, 2026, and shipped to the U.S., U.K., Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, or Portugal. “Affected customers were emailed today from [email protected]. No email means not affected,” the firm said.
