Trader bought 14.2M ANSEM tokens for $2,330 after influencer Ansem criticized Pump.fun. The position is now worth over $614,500 with 70% still held.
A cryptocurrency trader turned $2,330 into more than $614,500 by betting early on a Solana-based memecoin called SoylanaManletCaptainZ (ANSEM). On-chain data from Lookonchain, published June 28, shows the wallet bought 14.2 million ANSEM tokens for about $2,330. The trader later sold 4.2 million tokens for $68,100 in realized gains. The remaining 10 million tokens were worth roughly $548,800 at the time of the report.
The rally began after crypto influencer Ansem publicly criticized Solana token launchpad Pump.fun over its handling of user rewards. In a post on X, he said he would deliver a financial “stimulus” directly to retail traders instead. The narrative spread across social media, triggering a wave of speculative buying. ANSEM’s market capitalization rose from the low millions to more than $55 million. Trading volume surged past $30 million on decentralized exchanges.
Solana’s low fees and fast transaction speeds allow memecoins to attract rapid speculative interest. ANSEM dramatically outperformed the broader crypto market, which was trading lower during the same period. The trader gradually locked in some profits while keeping roughly 70% of the original position intact.
The wallet still holds 10 million ANSEM tokens, leaving the trader exposed to the memecoin’s next move.
