Small Retailer Paid Thousands in Tariffs, Sees No Refunds

Marc Bowker, owner of Alter Ego Comics in Lima, Ohio, paid thousands of dollars in tariff fees on imported comic books and action figures and does not expect any refunds, according to an interview with Business Insider.
