Signature Global Ltd. ended the June quarter with net debt of ₹390 crore, nearly double the ₹200 crore it carried at the end of March. The Gurugram-based developer said the increase funds expansion, including a luxury housing tie-up with Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini and its first commercial project.
Sales bookings fell 25% to ₹1,970 crore for the April–June period, down from ₹2,640 crore a year earlier, a regulatory filing showed Tuesday. Unit sales dropped to 226 from 778. Area sold shrank to 0.72 million sq ft from 1.62 million sq ft.
The average realization rose to ₹17,093 per sq ft from ₹15,250 in the full prior fiscal, reflecting a deliberate push into branded luxury homes. Collections from customers slid 28% to ₹670 crore.
Cash and bank balances sat at ₹25.22 billion as of June 30. The company called that a strong balance sheet providing “sufficient financial flexibility to support future growth and operational requirements.” The net-debt rise came despite this cash position.
For the current fiscal year, Signature Global guided for pre-sales of ₹10,000 crore, up from ₹8,250 crore in 2025-26 that ranked it the fifth-largest listed Indian developer by bookings.
Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Chairman, said strong pre-sales and robust collections reflected trust in the brand and sustained demand. He pointed to the launch of the first phase of Tonino Lamborghini Residences on Southern Peripheral Road as evidence of appetite for branded homes.
In April, Signature Global tied up with the Italian lifestyle brand to build 812 homes on a 12.4-acre Gurugram project, with investment of about ₹2,900 crore. Earlier this year it entered commercial real estate, partnering with Bengaluru-based RMZ Group on a Gurugram project.
Signature Global has delivered 17.9 million sq ft of real estate to date, with multiple projects under construction across Gurugram micro-markets.
