Revolut X users can now trade via natural-language prompts on Claude, Gemini, and other AI assistants. The move follows similar integrations from Gemini and Robinhood.
Revolut has connected its standalone crypto exchange, Revolut X, to a set of external AI assistants, letting users trade and pull market data through natural-language prompts. The integration supports Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, and Cursor, the company said. Customers on other platforms can connect via a universal skill or a command-line interface.
Users can request portfolio summaries, retrieve real-time prices, and set alerts through conversational commands. The system also handles market and limit orders without requiring the user to open the Revolut X app. No coding knowledge is needed, Revolut said, and the company published integration tools on GitHub to encourage broader use.
Leonid Bashlykov, head of product for crypto at Revolut, pointed to workflow gains from the move.
“AI agents give us much faster workflows, smarter execution, and tighter integration with the tools we use to trade every day,” he said.
Revolut stressed that users remain responsible for reviewing and approving any order the AI generates before it executes. The company does not guarantee the performance or accuracy of the third-party tools and said it holds no liability for losses tied to errors or missed trades.
The launch follows a string of similar moves by other crypto platforms. Gemini introduced agentic trading features earlier this year using an open standard for AI connectivity. Liquid launched Co-Invest, a tool that executes trades through conversational interfaces. Robinhood also announced plans to release agentic crypto accounts in the U.S. market.
Revolut reported more than 75 million retail customers and over 16 million users of its crypto products. Its digital asset services operate under Revolut Digital Assets Europe Ltd., which is licensed under MiCA rules. The exchange launched in 2024 and has since expanded across European markets and mobile devices.
