Psalion's $50M Fund III targets blockchain infrastructure, real-world assets, and stablecoins. Its first deal: a $4M lead in Beezie, a commerce platform with $85M in YTD revenue.
Psalion, a Singapore-based digital asset firm, launched a $50 million venture fund on Tuesday targeting pre-seed and seed-stage startups in blockchain infrastructure, trade finance, real-world assets, and stablecoins.
The vehicle, structured as a Singapore-domiciled Variable Capital Company and managed by Monetary Authority of Singapore-licensed Conduit Asset Management Pte. Ltd., is Psalion's third and largest fund. Managing Partner Tim Enneking said the fund will also back consumer products where Web3 technology powers ownership and transactions.
"Crypto was the thesis. The traditional financial system was the antithesis. What we're investing in is the synthesis – where web2 businesses run on web3 rails," Enneking said in a statement.
Psalion said it launched the fund during a market downturn on purpose. "Some of the best opportunities arise in down markets. Valuations are more reasonable, founders are more focused, and the builders who show up are in it for the long term," Enneking added.
Most 2025 token launches are trading below their debut prices as venture capital returns slump and new crypto fund formation slows, according to industry data.
The fund has already made its first disclosed investment: leading a $4 million round for Beezie, a commerce platform that blends ownership, anticipation, discovery, and liquidity to turn transactions into experiences.
Beezie has recorded more than $170 million in gross merchandise value since launch and surpassed $85 million in year-to-date revenue, growing more than 50-fold in nine months. The platform has attracted over 30,000 active users since January 2026.
The round followed strong community demand. Beezie's late-June raise on Echo, initially targeting $250,000, sold out in 10 minutes and was capped at $1 million within 24 hours.
"Beezie is exactly the kind of company our thesis is built around – a real consumer product, real revenue, and blockchain quietly doing the heavy lifting underneath," Enneking said.
Beezie will use the new capital to expand across collectibles, luxury goods, and entertainment markets, including inventory acquisition and geographic growth.
"At its core, Beezie is about making consumers feel something every time they transact," Beezie founder and CEO Andrea Miele said. "We're thrilled to partner with Psalion as we continue scaling that vision across collectibles, luxury, entertainment, and beyond."
