PDS Limited’s stock rose 1.28% to ₹387.15 on the NSE after the company struck a partnership with Indonesia’s Busana Apparel Group, the two companies said.
The deal links PDS’s sourcing and design platform – which handles over $2.2 billion in gross merchandise value – with Busana’s manufacturing network that generates annual revenue exceeding $500 million. Busana runs factories across Indonesia and also operates in India, Bangladesh, Nicaragua, Honduras and Italy.
The partnership targets global brands and retailers looking to spread production beyond China, the companies said. PDS Executive Vice Chairman Pallak Seth said the tie-up broadens the company’s manufacturing footprint while strengthening flexibility and speed for customers. Sanjay Jain, group CEO, called it the next step in building a diversified, multi-country manufacturing business.
Busana Chairman Maniwanen Marimutu said the partnership creates an end-to-end platform to serve evolving global brand requirements.
PDS reported consolidated revenue of ₹13,110 crore in fiscal 2026 and operates across 22 countries with more than 4,400 employees.
