Logicbroker, a commerce operations platform for enterprise retailers and brands, landed on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. The company ranked 351 in the software category, marking its fourth appearance on the annual ranking.
CEO Omar Qari credited the team's work with enterprise clients. "This recognition reflects the work our team has put into helping our enterprise retailer and brand customers run mission-critical commerce operations," he said.
The Inc. 5000 ranks private U.S. companies by percentage revenue growth from 2022 through 2025. To qualify, firms must have been founded by March 2022, be privately held and for-profit, and generate at least $2 million in revenue by 2025. The median growth rate among this year's honorees was 130%, and the group collectively added more than 627,000 jobs over three years.
Logicbroker's Intelligent Commerce Network connects trading partners across supplier onboarding, product data, order orchestration, fulfillment, and exception management. The company says it powers more than $10 billion in gross merchandise value. Its clients include Dick's Sporting Goods, Samsung, Walgreens, and Home Depot (HD).
Past Inc. 5000 honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Oracle, and Chobani. Inc. Editor-in-Chief Mike Hofman said the list reflects "creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact."
Inc. will host its annual conference and gala Oct. 14–16 in Dallas, where the top 500 companies will be featured in the fall issue of Inc. Magazine.
