Hexaware Joins Microsoft Security Partner Group

Hexaware Technologies has joined the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association, a partner ecosystem that integrates security products with Microsoft's platform. The Mumbai-based IT services firm listed its end-to-end security solution for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 on the Microsoft Marketplace as part of the membership.

The solution combines Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), identity management, and cloud security capabilities. It runs on Hexaware's Tensai Security Ops frameworks and was validated by Microsoft experts before the company was admitted to MISA.

Girish Ravindran, Hexaware's executive vice president for digital IT operations, said the membership "reflects the cybersecurity capabilities we have built with Microsoft to help enterprises strengthen their security posture." Maria Thomson, who directs the MISA program at Microsoft, called Hexaware a partner that shares "Microsoft's commitment to collaboration within the cybersecurity community."

MISA was launched in 2018 and now includes a range of security vendors that integrate with Microsoft's security tools and AI platform. Membership gives Hexaware's security practice a distribution channel through Microsoft's enterprise customer base, where the company competes with other managed security service providers for Azure and Microsoft 365 security contracts.
