Grayscale Hires Pulido From Aave to Lead Onchain Unit

Grayscale hired Sebastian Pulido to run its Onchain Asset Management division, the firm said.

Pulido spent a decade at Goldman Sachs and worked on blockchain at JPMorgan's Kinexys unit. Goldman Sachs holds a 45 Alpha Score at AlphaScala; JPMorgan scores 64. He most recently led DeFi strategy at Aave Labs.

Grayscale is expanding into tokenization and staking. The firm launched staking ETFs this year.

Pulido said Grayscale has the 'scale, expertise, and track record' to define the next phase of this market. He said he looks forward to working with Steve and the broader team.
