G-Force Solutions Hits No. 109 on Inc. 5000 With 2,588% Growth

G-Force Solutions, a woman-owned defense contractor based in Haymarket, Virginia, landed at No. 109 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the company said Monday. The ranking reflects three-year revenue growth of 2,588% from 2022 to 2025.

The Inc. 5000 is the annual ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies. Past honorees include Microsoft and Oracle. This year's median growth rate across the list was 130%, and the 5,000 companies collectively added more than 627,000 jobs.

"Being ranked No. 109 on the Inc. 5000 is an extraordinary honor, but this achievement belongs first and foremost to our employees," co-founders and co-CEOs Ericka Shirley and Vanessa Davidson said in a statement. They credited the growth to the team's talent and dedication, and thanked customers and industry partners for their trust.

G-Force delivers program security, personnel security, secure communications, and cybersecurity services to the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Its customers include the U.S. Navy, DARPA, the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, and the Missile Defense Agency. The company was founded by Shirley and Davidson, who bring more than 30 years of combined defense contracting leadership.

To qualify for the Inc. 5000, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent. The minimum revenue was $100,000 in 2022 and $2 million in 2025. Inc. will celebrate the honorees at its conference and gala October 14–16 in Dallas.
