Foxglove Communications ranked No. 1371 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 with 257% three-year revenue growth. Founder Gia Vecchio credited a mix of traditional media relations and new-school PR strategy.
Foxglove Communications landed at No. 1371 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies. The hospitality-focused PR firm posted 257% three-year revenue growth through 2025.
The Philadelphia-based consultancy represents restaurants, hotels, and related businesses. This year's ranking puts it at the top among hospitality PR agencies on the list, the company said.
Founder and CEO Gia Vecchio started Foxglove in 2018. She said the honor reflects the agency's blend of traditional media relationships and modern strategy.
"Eight years ago, Foxglove was created under the earnest and actionable premise of offering hospitality brands a savvier and more human-touch approach to public relations," Vecchio said. "Landing on the Inc. 5000 List is a shining validation of our approach."
The 2026 Inc. 5000 covers private, for-profit, U.S.-based companies that generated at least $100,000 in 2022 revenue and $2 million in 2025. The median three-year revenue growth rate across the list was 130%. Past honorees include Microsoft and Oracle.
Foxglove's recognition follows a string of industry awards this year. The firm was named PR Net's "Hospitality Agency of the Year" and earned the No. 29 spot on Observer's PR Power List. Vecchio also made Philadelphia Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list.
Inc. will host its awards gala Oct. 14-16 in Dallas.
Foxglove is privately held and does not disclose detailed financial results beyond the Inc. 5000 filing.
