The list recognizes independent, for-profit U.S. businesses founded by March 31, 2022, that generated at least $2 million in revenue by 2025. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia. Among this year's 5,000 companies, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%. The cohort collectively added more than 627,000 jobs to the U.S. economy over the three-year period.
Founder and Executive Producer Diana Sabb started the company in 2022. It now operates globally as an event strategy and production agency, producing conferences, executive summits, brand activations, leadership experiences, and private events for clients in technology, finance, beauty, healthcare, sports, and consumer brands.
"I started Create Something Amazing because I wanted to see more women in leadership roles within the event production industry," Sabb said in a statement. "From stage managers, producers, creatives to designers and AV technicians, I wanted to be part of the change that showed women the many careers they could step into, even if that meant getting your hands a little dirty."
Sabb said the recognition is "proof of what's possible when you refuse to quit, commit to doing great work, and surround yourself with people who continually challenge and elevate you."
The company produces events from China to London. Its clients span technology, beauty, fashion, sports, and professional services. The agency operates as an extension of its clients' teams, combining strategy, creative direction, and execution.
Inc. will honor the 2026 class at its conference and gala Oct. 14-16 in Dallas. The top 500 companies will appear in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine.
"Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still," said Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. "Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance – it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact."
