City Barbeque will open a new joint in Smyrna, Tenn., on Aug. 24 at 110 W. Sam Ridley Pkwy. The restaurant is in Sewart's Landing near Wawa and Jonathan's Grille and includes a patio and drive-thru.
Opening-day festivities start with a Rib'n & Ribbon Cutting alongside the Rutherford County Chamber at 10 a.m. The first 50 guests receive a gift bag with a T-shirt, a bottle of signature sauce and gift cards from $5 to $50.
