BitGo Prime has expanded its Global Liquidity Layer, adding regional market access, new liquidity providers, and transaction-cost analysis. The platform now serves institutions through a single connection that sources pricing across exchanges, market makers, and OTC desks, the company said.
BitGo MENA FZE, the firm's regulated Middle East entity, now offers local trading infrastructure. Virtu Financial and tradias have joined the liquidity network, and FIX API connectivity has been added alongside existing REST and WebSocket options.
Independent research from Talos found BitGo Prime delivered among the lowest all-in trading costs studied, the firm said. BitGo Prime now benchmarks trades against prevailing market prices at execution time through Transaction Cost Analysis.
BitGo Prime also introduced portfolio-based loans that let clients unlock liquidity against diversified holdings, including staked assets. Single-asset-backed loans and lending services generate income without smart contract risk, the company said. Event-linked contracts give institutions additional tools to hedge risk.
Tri-party collateral management keeps eligible assets under segregated custody with BitGo Bank & Trust. BitGo acts as a neutral third party, lowering counterparty risk while improving capital efficiency. Go Network, BitGo's proprietary settlement infrastructure, enables Delivery-vs-Payment settlement of fiat and digital assets around the clock.
"The best opportunities aren't confined to one venue, one region, or one market," BitGo said in a post on X. "And neither is BitGo Prime's Global Liquidity Layer."
