US spot bitcoin and ether exchange-traded funds attracted $2.6 billion in net inflows last week, the strongest week for the two categories since October 2025, according to SoSoValue data.
Bitcoin ETFs accounted for $1.9 billion of the total, while ether ETFs drew $697.2 million, their largest weekly inflow of the year. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust took in $503 million on Thursday, the peak day of the week. The previous week the funds had seen net outflows of $392 million, a swing of roughly $3 billion.
Trading volume tripled. Bitcoin ETF volume hit $22.1 billion, up from $6.9 billion a week earlier. Assets under management for the bitcoin funds rose 25.4% to $96.1 billion. Ether ETF volume climbed to $6.9 billion from $1.9 billion, and net assets rose 35.9% to $14.3 billion.
The inflow week followed a period of heavy outflows. The previous week's $392 million in net outflows was the third-worst weekly outflow on record for the combined funds, according to SoSoValue. The week's inflows, the largest since October 2025, are a reversal from the prior week's outflows and reflect shifting investor sentiment in crypto fund flows.
Ether ETF net assets now sit roughly $2.1 billion above cumulative net inflows, a reversal from two weeks earlier when assets trailed inflows by about $711 million. The combined year-to-date deficit narrowed to roughly $3.1 billion from $5.7 billion, a deficit built through a stretch of sustained outflows. Bitcoin ETFs remain down $2.9 billion for the year, and ether ETFs down about $191.8 million.
Cumulative net inflows since launch stand at $53.7 billion for the bitcoin funds and $12.2 billion for the ether funds.
