Binance listed perpetuals tracking BITO and two long-duration Treasury ETFs. The contracts run 24/7 with 25x leverage, expanding tokenized traditional-finance access on the platform.

Binance Futures listed three USDT-settled perpetual contracts tied to the ProShares Bitcoin ETF and two long-duration U.S. Treasury products on July 27, the exchange said.
The rollout began at 13:30 UTC with TMFUSDT, which tracks the Direxion Daily 20+ Year Treasury Bull 3X ETF. That fund targets three times the daily return of the ICE U.S. Treasury 20+ Year Bond Index. TBTUSDT followed five minutes later; it shadows the ProShares UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury ETF, which seeks twice the inverse daily performance of the same benchmark. BITOUSDT opened at 13:40 UTC and is linked to BITO, the ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF that gets its Bitcoin exposure through futures contracts.
Each contract settles in USDT and carries no expiration date. Binance set maximum leverage at 25x, with a minimum order size of 0.01 units and a minimum notional of 5 USDT. Funding payments occur every eight hours, capped between negative 2% and positive 2%, with the base interest rate in the funding calculation set at 0%. The exchange said its funding-interval adjustment mechanism will not apply to these three products, so the eight-hour cycle stays fixed even when the funding rate hits its limit.
The contracts support Multi-Assets Mode, letting eligible traders post several supported assets as margin. Trading runs 24/7, a sharp break from the underlying U.S.-listed ETFs that trade during exchange hours. Binance may later adjust leverage limits, funding rates, tick sizes and margin requirements, the announcement said.
Shunyet Jan, Binance's head of spot trading and derivatives, has said the platform is trying to become a "super app" that includes payment services alongside trading. The new perpetuals fit that playbook by pulling established U.S. investment products into a round-the-clock crypto environment. Users can trade interest-rate and Bitcoin directional views without owning shares of the underlying ETFs.
Binance warned the contracts may not be available in every region. A U.S.-listed underlying does not make the Binance.com perpetual accessible to U.S. customers. Binance.US operates as a separate company; its chief executive, Stephen Gregory, said the U.S. arm aims to reclaim 20% of the American crypto trading market after two years of regulatory pressure.
The listings came days after Binance placed Across Protocol, Lisk and Stacks under its Monitoring Tag, reviewing them for volatility, liquidity and development activity more closely.
