Ackman Took Q2 Questions; Pershing Square 10-Q Due Wednesday

Pershing Square Inc. (PS) published its second-quarter 2026 earnings presentation and shareholder letter Tuesday evening, ahead of a Wednesday morning call at 9 a.m. EDT with CEO Bill Ackman and Chief Investment Officer Ryan Israel.

The materials went up on the company's investor site under the Investors section. Jill Chapman, head of corporate investor relations, opened the call with the standard legal caveat, pointing to risk factors in the IPO prospectus filed April 30 and the firm's most recent Form 10-Q.

Ackman chairs Pershing Square Holdco GP, the operating entity, and founded the firm. Israel is CIO and a director of the same holding company.

Sell-side analysts from BofA Securities, Citigroup, Loop Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets joined for questions.

Pershing Square expects to file its 10-Q, the formal quarterly report to the SEC, after market close Wednesday, Chapman said.
